How To Disable Windows Installer Windows 10

A software disharmonize might be causing this problem with your Windows Installer. Please execute the following commands to unregister and re-register Windows Installer.

You lot didn't advisedly read ALL of what I wrote:

I CANNOT open a command prompt and choose RUN AS Administrator, because when I right click on the CMD PROMPT in order to choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, the Windows Installer opens up and freezes the motorcar. It does this every fourth dimension.

And stated slightly differently:

I tin open up a normal CMD prompt, but I cannot choose RUN Every bit Ambassador because when I right click to choose the RUN Equally Administrator pick, the Windows Installer immediately starts and my only selection then is to reboot.

Since you're unable to practice anything when you're trying to open the control prompt and run it equally administrator, then I would advise that you perform a clean kicking to start Windows using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs to help eliminate software conflicts.
